LEG LOCKS

FRIDAY 6PM - 7PM

This class focuses on leg locks and leg entanglements, and is open to all students, covering attacking and defensive options as well as safe and correct direction to turn if you do find yourself ‘caught’ in a leg lock.

Note: to get the most out of your learning in this class, we encourage new students to have completed one - two months’ of Fundamentals JJ and All Levels JJ classes
