KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING

MONDAY 5PM - 5:45PM
SATURDAY 8:45AM - 9:30AM

This 45 minute class features a fast warm up, followed by a circuit using kettlebells.  Develop your mobility, stability, strength and endurance in this class.  This class is an excellent supplementary training session for your ‘off the mat’ conditioning.

Come along feel the burn while getting strong in the process!
